Win 7 with SSD slow boot up after uninstalling programs.

I have a Win 7 64 Home Premium AMD 8120 with 16GB or mem, SSD Samsung 850 500GB as OS drive a couple of WD for 2,3,and 4th drive. I was doing some uninstalling of programs I didnt use. It was going well til IIRC I uninstalled Virtual Clone drive. Then upon reboot it took appox 3 mins to boot. When in the past took maybe 30-45 seconds. So from cold start it goes through POST and get to loading OS fine. Then Get to Windows pulsing logo, and it stays there for majority of the time. I see drive activity upon boot to logo then a good gap, then as 2 mins pass I see more activity and 2:30 seconds it goes to the logon screen and it goes to desktop right away. I did reinstall virtual clone drive seeing it was the last program I uninstalled and the problem stayed. I tried restoring of course it say there is a error in restore. Ironically when I use the computer seems to working fine. Just that annoyance of when I have to reboot it takes 3 mins or so. I rather not have to do a fresh install of Win. I added some captures of a couple of errors in event viewer and health of samsung using their utility and a freeware utility.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you try to boot on safe mode to see if the issue happens?
On MSconfig, disable all start up programs and non MS services. Reboot.
If normal, enable half (services and programs). Reboot.
If normal, the problem is on the other half. Enable half of the other half. Reboot.
Proceed till you find the bad guy.

I tried safe mode to do the restore. It took a while when it got to CLASSPNP.sys bu it eventually got to safe mode. But it was def faster than the current boot time. As far as the startup turn off all the check marks in startup? Then in services remove check marks that are not manufactured by "Microsoft Corporation"? I also added another health report re my SSD, i have fears that it might be failing?

I would say that your SSD is OK.
MSconfig:
- On services, mark hide all MS services and disable all other services.
- On Start Up disable all programs.
Reboot
If normal, enable half (services and programs). Reboot.
If normal, the problem is on the other half. Enable half of the other half. Reboot.
Proceed till you find the bad guy.

Did you run check disk (chkdsk c: /f)?
Run a system file check sfc /scannow.

In your screen shot of System Configuration, under the Services tab, you should tick the box that says "Hide all Microsoft Services". If randomly deleted MS services the computer may refuse to start.

Otherwise follow the suggestion by Megahertz07.

I did a safe boot and it booted up quicker. But stop and hung a bit on CLASSPNP.SYS then maybe a 30-45 seconds later it booted into safe mode.

open device manager and see if there is any yellow alert of missing drivers.

No I don't have any portable devices. It stops on Class but then after a bit it continues to boot.
