Win7 64-bit ntoskrnl.exe BSOD (Memory related)

I have tried everything I could. I have consulted existing threads and found no solution suiting me.
I ran memtest overnight and there were no errors.

Chdisk and sfc scan did not help.

I've reinstalled Windows and yet the problem persists.
I am still hoping that it is not bad ram.

Driver verifier causes BSOD on restart if ntoskrnl.exe is selected.
Only way to get back into windows is to disable verifier from safe mode and restart.


Please help me out and thank you!

Im sorry but the RAM sticks is the fault. Run Memtest86+.
