That is quite long for an ssd. Is it connected to Sata 111 port? I think the B85 only has Sata 111, but it might have a couple of Sata 11 - you would need to check.

Do you have a lot of programs/services starting up?

When you boot under safe mode, you boot as clean as it can be. No startup programs, no video drivers, most services are off.

I have a M.2 PCIe SSD (3 times faster than a normal SSD) and the boot times are almost the same as yours.

Run msconfig, disable all startup programs. On services tab, hide MS services and disable all others.
Reboot and report

On services tab, hide MS services and disable all others. Don't worry, you can set them all back.

The main startup delay is due to Avira (antivirus) but i also have ZoneAlarm (firewall) Skype, WiFi etc. The total start up time is arround 35 seconds. On Linux is less than 10 sec.

On Avvio Tab leave on only avast and Intel USB 3

Open Device manager. Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?

Lets do the basic.
- Do a check disk. Open a CMD window as admin and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say that the disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = Yes
Reboot.

Once back to windows, open a CMD window as admin and type:
sfc /scannow

Type this cmd
fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify

It will give you one of two results, either a 0 or a 1. A zero indicates that TRIM is enabled correctly, a one means that it is not. If you have a TRIM-compatible SSD, but find that Windows 7 hasn't enabled the command, you can easily do so by running this command:

fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0
