Win7 BackUp wont detect a HDD

So my Win7 backup utility wont recognize my external Iomega 1TB Hard drive which I have used for backups earlier.
I've tried to refresh the list on settings and it wont show the drive. Still, it is clearly visible on "My computer" and available for use.

Please tell me if I can provide more info and excuse me if this thread is in the wrong section :)

I have done the driver reinstall and no, I'm not trying to reinstall OS from backup, just wanna update the backup for time to time.
I think the fault is is the Backup Utility because the driver does show up in "My Computer"
