Win7 Other Devices USH w/Swipe Sensor + Unknown Device Not Available ?

Hi all
My win7 became unbearable after downloading AVG free at MGs, not liking the constant ad pressure and then unable to delete it even with
pro assistance [not from AVG]. Anyway that's another story....
After reloading WIN7 pro 64 the stated files were not included. Went to MS and loaded them but with the swipe file was a loading assist file which loops in a reject pattern and doesn't permit loading. Presumably this is a final dismissal from MS of Win7 2023 to promote their latest.
Is there a restore/repair disk available with these drivers? I inquired of 2 sellers of such on ebay but they are mere sales people and didn't reply.

After you did a re-install of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit in that Dell laptop, did you go to its support site and obtain and install the necessary drivers for it?

What is the exact 7-character service tag number on it?

My mistake- did go to Dell not MS and, from there received the bad download.
