win7 will not boot after power failure

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem as here. Same scenario as well, after the power was tripped this problem occurred.

I'm currently running start up repair for a second time, the first time I ran this it stated their was no error. I have unplugged mouse an keyboard, in the hopes my pc will miraculously work again like the previous guy.
