Hi, I have some problems on windows 7 x64. At first I have installed windows 7 x32 and launched windows update. It updated my video card drivers (ati mobility radeon 4670), I saw that there are more resolutions to choose of. And when I installed windows 7 x64 and done the same there were no change in resolution list :( why? I need 1280x800 resolution. Is it possible to add it some how?

Fill out your system specs. It's impossible to give advice when we have no idea what hardware you own.

Well, since MSI does not have any 64 bit drivers for your laptop (for Vista or Windows 7), you might have to use Windows 7 32 bit if you want everything to work. If you have an extra drive (or you can afford to buy another one), I would install 7 x86 and use it for your primary OS, and then install 7 x64 on the secondary so you can fiddle around with it to see if you can get everything working.

On a side note:the drivers linked by KazeNoKoe23, although on a page that said mobility display driver, do not actually support any mobility chipsets - according to the release notes.

If the driver you are using isn't working you can use the 64bit vista driver just install it in compatibility mode. Right click the setup file go to properties and click compat tab

Hope this helps

Well actually all the drives is working on x64, but the problem is that on x64 I dont have 1280x800 resolution:

And on x86 I have it:

So I want it to have on x64 too  the problem is only that there is less resolutions to choose of. Resolution setting are writen in driver yes? well why ati just didnt add the same resolutions to x64 drivers?

What is the refresh rate set to (60htz, 80hz)??
