Window 10 upgrade now my computer freezes for 2-3seconds randomly

I did the Free windows 10 upgraded recently and after my computer decided to randomly freeze for like 2-3 seconds while im playing games and unfreeze So I went and did the downgrade back to windows 7 as i figured that would fix the issues im having but now my computers still freezing periodically is there anyways i can fix this without having to wipe my computer and reinstall windows 7 fresh?

I would first do a clean boot and see if the problem clears up. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
If it clears up then you can re-enable the services one at a time to try and figure which one is causing your problem. I've also had virus programs cause these kinds of freeze ups. I've had it happen with MSE though it seems that problem got fixed several updates ago. Sometimes the only way to be certain is to uninstall the virus program and see if the problem clears up. If it does, you may need to try a different virus program. I've traced many problems including freeze ups to virus programs.
