Window 7 (32bits) and GTA 4

hello. i have a problem in GTA 4 im using window 7 starter with 32bits the problem is when i start the game it will load then after the Rockstar logo appeared after the blue one this thing will show up

dunno how to fix this thing i already try to run it with administrator but still wont work

sir im using nvidia 9400GTsuper+1gb

but are you running the latest nvidia drivers for that one and what resolution you got it set at ? and also you might need to update the direct x as well

im using direct x 11 dunno if thats have been updated already and at nvidia dunno if im running the latest my resolution is 1366 X 768

5 - Update your Direct X files - Contrary to popular belief, just because Windows 7 is DX11 capable doesn’t mean it has the latest DX9 files!!! Most game issues can be fixed by simply updating the DX files.
