Window Going Into another Window

Hi there! Here with another problem! Terrific! :P Anyway back to the point. When ever I'm in practically anything every so often (10-30 Minutes Period or less) the window will not minimize but just go into another window. I believe it may be skype but I don't know why it would cause such a thing. Assistance is required

Not really possible

It's not a screen shot I could send you because in mine craft (the game as an example) when ever I'm playing it the game menu will just randomly pop up also go into a different window I don't know what though as it stays on the mine craft window just its not the main focus
