I seem to be having this error where a whole window would get stuck on the screen.
I've taken some screenshots to illustrate what I'm referring to. Sometimes a program would essentially make a second window on the screen (like Paint) even though I didn't open the program a second time.
Or you would have white on the desktop from the stuck window.
As you can see from the taskbar, there is only one Paint program open, even though it looks there is two of them.
In the last screenshot, it shows when you move a window around, it cuts off part of the window that was stuck on the screen.
