Windows 10 64 bit crashes with The bugcheck was: 0x00000116

Hi,

Often, particularly while browsing and watching streaming videos my windows 10, without actually showing the blue screen crashes and appears as if it has gone into a sleep mode. I have to use the start button to start it again. Sometimes it shuts down randomly too when i am not even watching videos.

Its a lenovo M90 cpu with 10 gb ram and 500 gb hard drive, with windows 10 operating system with Kaspersky anti virus enabled with windows defender enabled too.

System log says the following -

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffab8f6df51010, 0xfffff80dc8a02a14, 0xffffffffc000000d, 0x0000000000000003). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a2a4303b-0ecc-46f7-94ba-14c9534eb6ed.

• Attaching the dmp files. Please help with any information.
• Also attached the screenshot from the utility called 'bluescreenview'. Indicates some problem with graphics/video drivers I guess. I have the most updated version of all display adapters.

Apart from the above too, sometimes my windows 10 simply crashes and the event log shows the following -

to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
