Windows 10 Update Problem

Windows 10 21H2.

Good Morning,
For years my two desktops update normally.

Now, when checking for updates, on both desktops I get:
"You're not up to date" and "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes".
The system has made no attempt to correct this.
What now ?
