Windows 7 64 bit BSOD stop error 0x0F4 - FIXED!

Hi, this is my first time posting here so hopefully somebody can help. A few days ago I was cleaning my registry with boostspeed (I think this may be a factor and yeah, stupid move I know). I restarted my computer only to receive a blue screen stop error. The error reads a stop 0x00000F4. I have tried multiple ways to fix my comp, but to no avail.
I have used the start up repair to try and restore the computer. At first I had the option to select a restore point I had created right before cleaning my registry, but it would not let me check any boxes of ANY restore points. I then rebooted and found that it does not find any restore points anymore. I have tried to every method of booting, i.e. safe boot, restore to last working config, etc, with no luck. The comp is clean from any viruses or spyware.
When I go into the command prompt from the start up repair, the drive listed is X:\. Im not sure why this isnt C:\ anymore. I can access my computer through regedit from the command prompt and see that everything is still there on my C:\ (all old files, settings, etc.) Also from the repair screen, when looking for restore points, it detects that there is a windows 7 installation on my drive, so it is still there. This seems like it is trying to boot from X: or something. I cannot run AutoRuns because I cannot get to the windows desktop in any way. Here is a list of what start up repair tells me is wrong.

Suggestions?

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get to my minidumps and save them? I cannot boot in any mode and the only way I can find those files us through searching in regedit from the command prompt in the repair utility. Thanks.

Can you take the HD to another computer? the files are in c:\windows\minidump

I can take the HD to a new comp, but the new comp doesn't have win 7 installed. Can I access those files anyways? I'm at work so I'll have to get back to the issue after. Thanks for the response tho. Hopefully I can get those minidumps after work.

Shouldnt be a prob accessing those files, dont need win 7 on other machine
Just plug it in and you should be able to access all files on the drive

Zip the dump files and post them and we may be able to help more

Well I've checked in the c: and can't find the windows minidump folder. Any chance it's located somewhere else on windows 7?

Follow these instructions to enable minidump logging:

  To configure startup and recovery options to use the small memory dump  file, follow these steps.

[B]Note[/B]   Because there are several  versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on  your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete  these steps.

[*]Click [B]Start[/B], point to [B]Settings[/B], and then click [B]Control  Panel[/B].
[*]Double-click [B]System[/B].
[*]Click  the [B]Advanced[/B] tab, and then  click [B]Settings[/B] under [B]Startup  and Recovery[/B].
[*] In the [B]Write  debugging information[/B]  list, click [B]Small  memory dump (64k)[/B].

To change the folder location for the  small memory dump files, type a  new path in the [B]Dump File[/B] box (or in the  [B]Small dump directory[/B] box, depending on  your version of Windows).

Wait until you get another BSOD then upload it from there.

Had to go into the windows backup registry folder from the repair command prompt. Proceeded to copy the back up files (software, sam, etc) and place them in the config folder. Voila! YAY! Thanks for the help.
