Windows 7 64 bit GTX 460 & windows kernal mode driver

Windows 7 64 bit with a GTX 460 graphics card (desktop) an im getting an error were my screen flashes to along and digital back and forth and accationaly the computer will reboot and say DirectX 9 could not be initalized when i have DirectX 11 or when the screen flashes it will say windows kernal mode driver not responding and has recoverd any solutions to this problem?

overclocked to 5.00GHZ

You might try backing off that extremely high overclock speed and see how the system responds at lower speeds.
I don't know anything about AMD but a 2gig overclock on any processor is really pushing the envelope there. I’m not surprised you have stability issues.

Have you even tested the system for stability at that speed? What about heat?
