Windows 7 64 Dell Inspiron N4030 Updating not Genuine

Kind of at my wits end here to be honest. I can not find windows 7 64 bit without service pack 1 any where. Dell no longer supports this service model and microsoft refers you to them. So this laptop has genuine windows installed that appears broken. It has a key that is all but useless without the correct windows its back up is all gone and wiped some how. And i have had this laptop almost a week now and no amount of google searches i have made helps.

I can't update to service pack 1 i can't install the other updates needed and without them can not get her upgraded to windows 10. So what am i to do now and tell her? I find it very troubling that sp1 is a free upgrade but i can not use my disk with service pack 1 to fix her pc. And i doubt her key would work if i tried to do a fresh install of windows. Is there nothing else i can do?

The COA sticker Key should work with your SP1 disk - but will only allow a clean install, so make sure that you have the proper drivers available first.
