Windows 7 Activation after hadware change and clean install later on

I while back I put a new hard drive in & swapped out a stick of Ram for a bigger one in a Toshiba laptop (OEM Key) at the same time.

I had to re-activate it by calling Microsoft up and do the phone verification to get the confirmation ID.

It has been activated without issues for a while.

If I do a clean Windows install now will my original Product key work correctly or will I need to go through the phone verification again each time Windows is reinstalled on this machine?

I don't have the conformation ID characters when I did the phone verification.

You normally only have to do the phone confirmation the first time you activate - and around the 5th time (end every 5th time after that).
