Windows 7 and FaceBook Photo Problem

I finally gave up and had my wife create me a FaceBook account.

She has been an old Facebook pro since back before the war, but I have thus far avoided it like the plague.

However, I take pictures, lots and lots of pictures; and, people keep begging to see my pictures that I take of various mule wagon rides, tractor trail rides, tractor and truck shows, and etc. ; sometimes a 1,000 or 1,200 photos per event.

Anyhow, with Windows 7, now that I have an account, I can go anywhere I wish and see anything I wish in FaceBook.

When I go to the Create an Album page, everything works, including browsing my machine for the particular photos; however, when I click "Open", at which point my photos should start to populate the page, absolutely nothing happens.

I have tried and tried; I have read numerous instructions and have followed them to the letter and when I get to the point of clicking "Open", at which point my photos should upload = no response whatsoever = it is as if I have not done anything.

Does anyone know if this is because I am using Windows 7 and FaceBook is ignoring my request; or, should I look elsewhere for the problem ?

One would think if Windows 7 were the problem that FaceBook would pop-up a big warning as to the fact.

Thanks.

Well, SURPRISE SURPRISE, I switched over from Google Chrome to PaleMoon browser and was immediately able to accomplish anything I wanted to do concerning my FaceBook photo album.

I made a test run album and then went back to Google Chrome to check it out; and, although I can view anyone else's photos and albums, in Google Chrome I could not view my own album that I had successfully created in PaleMoon.

So, I guess it will be PaleMoon from now on until it also fouls up.
