I can't run latest Google Chrome version or install latest version of my graphic card drivers, and when installing .NET Framework 4, it is installed but not detected. Installing MS Office 2010 gets random errors. But they run perfectly on 7 RTM and on Windows XP. I installed the KB967062 update, changed the compatibility mode in Properties, and installed some Visual C++ Redistributables, but no changes at all. Can you solve this problem?

NB: it is a clean install. I am not making changes to the Windows yet. There is no integrity violations in SFC /scannow

Hi

If your running Beta, the version No: does confirm it

It was frought with problems, my memory doesn't go back that far to remember the details!!!
But it definately does NOT have Service Pack 1 which needs to be installed to properly support a lot of newer programs and fixed many errors.
MS has also issued 100's of hotfix's since Beta was released, i suspect you will never get it to work better than 90% even thats pushing it:shock:

you could try installing chrome/drivers in compatability mode
