Windows 7 boot chkdsk loop?

This started happening about a day or two ago and i want to find out why it doesn't complete as it worries me a bit.. Is there any way to like, get the logs from it?

Mark mate cannot access the video for some reason but just for starters are you trying chkdsk in safe mode?? if not try doing these in safe mode and that order

Sorry about that, i accidentally set the video settings to private instead of unlisted, should be okay now, since i rushed to upload the video

The chkdsk is actually running on boot time (chkdsk on drive C: ), hence the title.

Mark are you running a dual boot - something I personally am not keen on after trying it a long time ago, and it will be good if you can get into safe mode to do the checks mate.

I can't get into safe mode for some reason..
All it does is load the files, stops at classpnp.sys, then the keyboard lights flash then after 30 seconds or so it reboots.
I'm much more confused now.

Mark do you or did you make a recovery/repair disk for that machine? because it looks like the filing system is corrupted or missing something. If you have the original OEM if that is what the machine was installed from then maybe you can do a start up repair.

Anyways, i do not have a recovery/repair disk nor anything from where i got my pc.

Mark did you read through the tutorial I linked on cause of failure to boot - am interested to know if you have the original Windows media disk.

First and foremost, no, and sorry for the one week delay

So, i have successfully done a startup repair and that fixed the chkdsk loop, which then allowed me to go in safe mode and do sfc /scannow. Actually, i remembered to have done the checks at normal boot at about three days ago and it fixed some but it says it found some but was unable to repair, unfortunately i forgot to get the cbs.log from it, as the current scan was ongoing, but here are the results, it says it found files but was unable to fix.

Just so I have it right mate is it the sfc or the chkdsk that could not correct anything and did you run the chkdsk with the /f and /r switches as per the tutorial .

As matter of interest sometimes one has to run sfc and chkdsk three times over - it can be that it may nit correct stuff on the first run.

Thew CBS log has me at a disadvantage as I cannot see any relay obvious problems and it is a large amount of data to wade through. If another couple of runs of sfc does not do anything then I might ask for some help.

chkdsk runs fine now, and the sfc could not correct anything
and i have run both of them a bunch of times now

Download System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [October 2014] from Official Microsoft Download Center
It will produce a 1/2 page report, post it please.

One problem, When i run it i get

Hello fellow osu! and Norigami fan, welcome back to the forums.

If you haven't already install all latest updates from Windows Update. If you've done that and it dosen't work try to boot off of an install disk after that select the 'Repair my computer' option and finally let it click the option that says to check for errors.
