TBH they are probably all the same download. Just select a random one, and hopefully it will work.

I can't tell from that screenshot, but I know that Kaspersky is a big program, and MSE is so lightweight, I have heard of a guy that didn't realize it was even running!

I see you only have 1GB RAM. You may consider upgrading to 2GB.

You can't change the resource consumption of processes like that, sorry. :(

i'm sorry but i just want to ask you one last question,,
this problem happens rarely,,
when i start my computer,,
u know the first screen where they show your motherboard version (if i'm not wrong, where you can press f8), it sometimes show "CPU over temperture" and produce some "beep" sound, and after that continue to the next usual screen
well,, it's not big problem for me,, but i just want to know, because it sounds like a bomb

Ah, that could be it!

Download Speedfan and take some temps.

Make sure all air holes are open. Open the side of the case and blow a fan inside.

I suspect that might be the cause. When the CPU is overheating, it will underclock itself in order not to burn out.

That leads to slowness.
