Just download, install it, and run it. It will show the temps toward the right.

No configuring needed.

If you want you can remove it when this is all over, there is no need for it other than testing temps.

Speedfan specifically, but since we started "working" on your machine, we'd be interested to know whatever happens to it.

well,
i don't know where should i start it,
the things i know are :
-BSOD (eio.sys -> eio.sys.old, then they said eio.sys device not working propely, i ignored it)
-Slow (change kaspersky to Microsoft Security Esential, not much but i feel a little different now)
-Over Temperture ( Use speedfan)
and i did what you told me, and it all solved
and also i download the speedfan here, and install it
then i open the side case of my cpu
i run speedfan and they detect something,
i don't do anything with the speedfan because it is written there "it can harm you motherboard" or something like that

Since Speedfan it technically still in beta, they give that warning. It WILL NOT harm your system in any way. Just look at the temps with it, don't bother trying to set fan speeds, etc.
