NETIO.sys is blamed in the MSINFO32 report. Normally we don't consider Windows files as causes, so we'd have to look at your networking drivers for this. In this case you're using a nVidia nForce networking controller.
Asus doesn't support the use of Win7 on this board. But, the nVidia nForce chipset does, so try updating your drivers with this free download:
NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.53 WHQL Because we don't know why Asus doesn't support Win7 on your board, there are no guarantees that this will work for you.
Also, as this is a networking issue, there's plenty of problems with older drivers on your system. In particular, your ASACPI.sys driver is a known BSOD cause. Also, older versions of Acronis True Image cause BSOD's unless they are specifically listed as compatible with Win7.
Please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash.
Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
