"Windows 7, Build 7601, Copy of Windows is not genuine"?

After about a month of using my new PC with 0 problems, I got an error saying that my copy of windows is not genuine. I ran a couple malware and anti virus scans just to make sure it was real. Here are my diagnostic results:

The installation of Windows was done using the Recovery media from an HP computer - but your motherboard is a retail one, and not from an HP computer.
Is there a COA sticker on the case of the machine?
If so, for what version and edition of Windows is it valid?

Your installation of Office is counterfeit - unless you acquired it though your college or employer.

It was custom built PC so I do not have a COA sticker on the case. I got the Windows 7 using a recovery of a friends computer. And yes, i got the copy of office by my employer.

In that case you'll have to purchase a Full Retail license for Windows.
