Try changing your product key to the one on the COA sticker on your case, then activating by phone:

The 063 error usually occurs when you reinstall using media other than the manufacturer's Recovery media - it indicates that the required licenses are missing from the OS.
It's possible either that files or registry entries relating to these licenses have been damaged or deleted, either by accident or 'design' (e.g. by a registry 'cleaner')
