If u burn Windows 7 on a CD it isn't a nice disk ^^. You can make it nice! Past a special sticker on the disc, or copy with a new copymachine! So you can make you cd nice ;). It's just a hint! A good program for using this is Mediaface. You can google on it.

they are going with only one "public" RC (as there is a RC branch an of course different RC builds...) and then straight to RTM

You're almost correct. 7101 and up are indeed RTM builds. However, 7100 was reserved for RC and now is a reality.
