Windows 7 Clean up

Hi,
So my pc is running slow lately and i wanted to do a clean up, but i dont have Windows 7 CD, my computer is from Grimtec, i Dont have much more especifications.
An equal thread might have been already answered but i didnt find anything for my computer

If clean up means a clean reinstall of Windows this tutorial has everything needed.
Step 1 has the link where you can download the official ISO for your licensed version of Windows 7.
