Windows 7 Connection Issue

After this past weekend we are having an issue with all of our Windows 7 users having the little yellow shield with an exclamation point in it showing up over their network connection saying there is no connection to the internet. However, they have no issues getting out to the internet. The issue they are having is that Outlook and Office apps are not connecting to their O365 accounts. Now, if I take their machine and unplug it from our network and plug them into an external network everything works fine.

Some other things we've done: We've uninstalled the network card and reinstalled. This has worked on a couple people's machines but as soon as they reboot it doesn't work anymore.

We've tried resetting the IPStack and pretty much all of the other basic solutions out there.

Again it's just the Windows 7 users. Windows 10 users are working fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the PC's running ipv6 as sometimes it's needed

Set the dns to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 turn on 1pv6 see if it makes a difference

Thanks for your answer. What we found out was that Windows goes out to msftncsi.com to verify that it's online by downloading a text file named ncsi.txt. Apparently, our firewall updated it's content filtering catalog and it wasn't allowing that website. We added the exception on the firewall and our issue was resolved.
