Hey, I just built a computer two days ago. I've ran memtest86 and completed seven passes with no errors. This normally happens an hour after I've turned on the computer. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium x64 and it is the full retail version.

Don't know what else to tell you guys, but hopefully someone can help me out.

Go to add and remove programs and use the nVidia Install Manager to do a complete uninstall of all its resources.
Do not reboot.
Download Guru3D - Driver Sweeper (Setup) download from the link below and install it.
Reboot in Safe Mode and run Driver Sweeper. Select "nVidia" box and click "analyze. " Then in "clean". Reboot normally and try to install the latest version of the nVidia drivers.
How to Clean Left Over Driver Files with Driver Sweeper

Then run memtest86+ for a full 7 passes with both 4GB RAM cards installed, best to run overnight.
If you get any errors you can stop the test.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

The four previous crashes are the same Stop code and blame the graphics driver.

Old and problematic drivers:

Code:
GEARAspiWDM.sys Mon May 18 20:17:04 2009 - CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software Also comes with iTunes
iTunes is known to cause crashes on Windows 7 and the driver is out of date.
Uninstall iTunes for testing purposes.
