I have been using Windows 7 Home & Corel Draw 9 for months with out any problems. Now the Windows help and support pop up won't go away so I can't use CD 9. The message is:
"Why can't I get Help from this program?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format.
For more information, go to the Microsoft Help and Support website."

Any ideas on how to get rid of this and regain use of CD 9?

Thanks in advance.

hi, The same goes for Coreldraw 7. Corel 7 on windows 7 causes the help to keep comming up when ever you do anything. You can solve this by downloading 'Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu' from the microsoft site:-
Download: WinHlp32.exe for Windows 7 - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details.
In creating Windows 7, Microsoft recreated windows from scratch to imporve it and in doing this they recreated the help operation. So old software like corel 7 etc uses an old style of help doesnt work properly in windows7. see here for more info at :- I cannot open Help that was created in the Windows Help format (WinHlp32.exe)
Hope this helps
