Windows 7 Custom Themes Not Working Properly

Hello,

I am having problems with some Custom Themes for my new Windows 7. The bar on the bottom is displaying a blocky and basic windows taskbar. These themes worked before on my old laptop, but it is now not working. I have tried installing Universal Theme Patcher and UxStyle to patch the files, but even after patching it did not fix the problem.

My laptop is a Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 running a 64-Bit Operating System, 2.20 GHz i7-2670QM and has 8 gigs of ram.

Could someone please help me resolve this problem? I would love to use my themes

Which one are you using now Universal Theme Patcher or UxStyle?

Do Option 2 of this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html then run Universal Theme Patcher again.

Post a link to the theme and I will look at it.
