Download an official iso and use Rufus to get it onto a usb

Restart and tap F8 key, choose Repair, from Options list run System Restore as far back as necessary.

System Restore doesn't delete files, so they should still be there even if it rolls back the account. You will have to see.


I asked you some other questions you ignored. Now, what do you find if you go to Control Panel>User Account>Manage other Accounts.


I also asked you if you could see the old User name in Explorer by clicking on C:Users. Answer that question too and don't ignore any other questions if you want help here.

first questions i see my 2 users that my real is in standard and the another is Administator.
second:yes i see it the old user

Enable the Hidden Administrator long enough to create a New Administrator account in User Accounts.
Then hide the Hidden Administrator again.

Transfer the files via Explorer from the old Administrator to the new one. Keep the old Admin account for as long as it takes until you are sure everything works correctly then delete it in User Accounts from the new Admin Account.

OP's gotta enable Admin from WinRe because his Admin account isn't appearing to sign into. I thought it worth a try to replace it with a new one.
