Windows 7 English install, can't get Korean Language pack to run

Hi there,

thank you for trying to help me.

I have laptop with windows 7 English, It has a Korean keyboard.

I cannot get the languages to work for it, and I tried adding the korean keyboard in control panel.
Also when trying to add languages , it brings me to a lengthy updating procedure. Still not working now.

Please assist.

Hi Ralph,
If it fails in the updating stage its pointing towards access denied, are any other updates failing??
