Windows 7 enters directly recovery options with no explanation

Yesterday i bought a new computer and out if necessity installed win 7. All was good until this morning the computer did not start properly but enters recovery options right away .. I tried almost everything in this options, including trying to put win 7 disc and reinstall but when in this options the dvd drive would not open ( literally you push the button and does not react , so i tried putting the disc in the beggining when the computer starts of but even then when the disc is in it shows no signs of recognizing that there is a disc..

I have no idea what to do or how i ended here ...

When i click the restore ur computer via something you created earlierer at first it gives me this error , and then it the only working thing in the next slide is thd command prompt
