Windows 7 fallout 3, new game crash. Please help

There is no drop down menu from what i can see, i hit close program and wait for a new window to come up, but nothing happens

No problem, the first picture is just after the crash, and the second is when i am told a solution will be found after program is closed. Thank you.

Hmmm... I'm really not sure why this is happening. It should work fine...

You don't have to do it if you don't want to, but could you remove everything, use Revo Uninstaller Free Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems , which will remove every trace of Fallout 3 including registry entries.

Then, if you don't have any save data (most likely you don't), delete the Fallout3 save data folder.

Then install a fresh clean copy, and go over the steps I've told you before, updating Fallout 3 to 1.7, installing the mods that fix Fallout 3, copying the .dll, and modifying the .ini files ect.

Report back when done. Yes, I know this is annoying, but Fallout 3 is an annoying game to get to work properly.

IM sorry, i have to ask a dumb question. I can't find fallout 3 on the uninstaller program. I go to the search menu and type in Fallut 3, all i get is the patch i recently installed, and fallout new vegas.

try not searching and just looking for it, you may be typing wrong.

It says it found 61 programs, not one is fallout 3, i tryed to open the fallout 3 folder with the uninstaller but its not working

Are you sure? Use the manual mode and point to the install folder of Fallout 3.

I just got it, and i am back to the new game crash, so i will do all the patching, and fixs and give an update

Making sure everything i am doing is right

I uninstalled fallout 3, it works again....by that i mean it crashes at the new game. I updated the game, installed the patch, disable windows live. I modified the files. There are a few problems that i want to by careful around. For the error patch, i have to play the data file in the fallout folder, in order to do that i need to replace the old file, i don't want to screw everything up again.
The 3GD enabler is giving me problems again, the first time it said i did not copy the .exe to the folder, now there i no Fallout .exe in my folder.
last i am posting the Fallout ini file to make sure it is perfect.

I did everything, i got the 3gb working but i am not sure how to opperiate it, i pressed A but nothing happened. It still crashes, but i think it crashes because its about to load the intro or something. I think i am getting close to making it work. but not sure.

The memory patcher is not essential if you can't do it.

still after i pressed new game, iget a 6 second loading screen, and i get the impression its about to play the intro, but then it crashes.
