windows 7 firewall

Hello there,
I am having a few problems with my vaio windows 7 64 bit. I am running a Symantec Endpoint antivirus and I am far from my base head office but keep it up date.
AM I SUPPOSED TO RUN OR TURN OFF THE WINDOWS FIREWALL?

Endpoint includes a firewall so no, leave it off. The Endpoint install should have turned it off.
