Windows 7 hanging on "Starting Windows" and hanging on safemode also

Laptop: Acer Nitro 5

Recently ive been trying to install windows 7 on my acer nitro 5 from a 16gb usb. it came with windows 10 but i also want to use windows 7 on it. After using rufus to burn the drive and get windows instalation on it, it hangs on starting windows with the 4 color balls. When i try to start into safe mode it hangs at disk.sys. keep in mind i am doing uefi instalation and i am not very experienced with this sort of stuff.

It isn't simple as booting the Win 7 installation files.
- I've seen some laptops that the only way to install Win 7 is to set BIOS in CSM (Compatible System Mode), that will allow to install Win 7 in Legacy-MBR mode. As you already have Win 10 in UEFI mode, you will have to reinstall it in Legacy-MBR.
- You have to disable Fast boot and secure boot in BIOS.
- Win 7 installation files don't have new drivers required for new hardware. You have to add USB3.x, SATA, MVMe to the installation drive. The script to add those files:

My recommendation is to replace the existing HDD or SSD with a blank HDD or SSD so if things goes wrong you don't loose /damage the Win 10 installation.
