Windows 7 Has Stopped Downloading and also Youtube stops after 15 to 3

I have been fighting this problem now for over a month. I have searched and searched forums for info on this and have found an awful lot of people who have or have had this problem. I have tried everything I could find and recommended to solve this problem but no good so far.
I hope someone here can help on this.
I have tried Malwarebytes, Spybot, removed Norton Sercurity Suite, tried to uninstall and re install Flash Player, but nothing but extremely short downloads will complete its download, something about 1/2 Meg in size.
I have tried Firefox and IE8. Tried disabling "AD ONS" for both, but does no good.

I am now considering copying everything to another storage device and do a complete restore of the OS.

Any ideas will be tried in hopes of solving this problem.



Both these computers are about 3 years old.
This is happening on my desktop (HP): (Which have been working ok until this all started about a month or more ago.)

4.00 GB RAM,
AMD Phenom IIX2 521 Processor 3.50 GHz
64 Bit Operating System

And also happening on my Laptop Acer: (Which have been working ok until this all started about a month or more ago.)
1.00 GB RAM
1.2 GHz Processor

What is strange is, I have a DELL, running xp Pro, 3.00 GB RAM, 2.66 GHz Processor in the same room, running on the same home network and it has not skipped a beat during or before this time.

I sincerely hope someone can help resolve this problem for me short of starting with a fresh windows install or restore.

Download the programs on a PC that is able to download and transfer them to the non download PC with a flash drive and Place them on the Desktop

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Right click on FRST64.exe and choose

When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file
Please copy and paste both logs in your reply.(FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

   Tip

Make sure there is a check mark next to Addition.txt

Save the file as Fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.

Run FRST64.exe again and click on the Fix button .

FRST64.exe will create a new log called Fixlog.txt upload that log . Log will be located on the desktop.

Update your malwarebytes and run a quick scan . Once the scan has completed and found threats click on the Show Results button place a check next to all of the threats and click the button Remove Selected to remove the items found .

Hold down Control and click on ESET Online Scanner to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window

When the scan completes, click List Threats

Uninstall Spybot . Use RevoUninstaller

For 64-Bit OS

Click on the app inside RevoUnistaller and choose uninstall
Click on Yes to agree you want to uninstall
If you get the builtin Uninstaller for the app use that and once you're done click Finish
Back inside RevoUninstaller click on Next
Let RevoUninstaller scan for left over registry keys . Click on Select All and choose Delete .
Once done click on Next.
Let the left over files and folders be locates then Click on Select All then click Delete then Next and you should be done .

Please download and install Revo Uninstaller Free
Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Advanced option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
Once done click Finish.

   Note

If the free version of RevoUninstaller doesn't show the program you would need to download and install the 30-Day trial of RevoUninstaller Pro which will be able to remove 64-bit programs
