Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, Bluetooth. What Bluetooth?

Hi Guys

I've Googled umptine times to find out if my laptop/OS has Bluetooth capability. I have tried Samsung diagnostic also but to no avail.

I am able to access Bluetooth File Share and then once I click to receive or send a file I get messages basically saying the Bluetooth radio turned off/and or, something to the effect, "Windows cannot detect any device".

My laptop is a Samsung, bought in about 2013. This is the model number: NP305V5A-A05DX

Please let me know if I can provide any other helpful info.

Welcome to the Forum

Normally the Bluetooth radio device is on same WiFi hardware. If you turn of WiFi it will also turn off Bluetooth.
Is your WiFi working properly?
Open device manager. Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?
