Hello,

I am on Windows 7 x64 and have a weird issue while trying to pair my BLE 4.0 keyboards (both are different brands). So here is what I have now: I have installed Lenovo Bluetooth 4.0 Stack for my laptop, but during pairing I have 1 of 3 drivers fail to install.

Upon driver installation fail, I have this report in Device Manager:

Hardware IDs
BTHENUM\{0000fff0-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&00000000_PID&0000
BTHENUM\{0000fff0-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f

Compatible IDs
BTHENUM\{0000fff0-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}

Install Error
There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Logitech MK850 Bluetooth is only compatible with Windows 8 and Windows 10, that is because the device uses Bluetooth Smart, which is only compatible with Windows 8 and later. Alternatively, to use this device with Windows 7, Logitech state that you can use their proprietary Unifying dongle, which can be obtained separately.

The Shinobi keyboard only has Bluetooth if you purchase and install TEX's BLE upgrade accessory.
