Solved Windows 7 Home Registry Console Tool Prompt - Virus?

I have a prompt to supply Admin password to allow Program Name - Registry Console Tool from Verified Publisher - Microsoft Window with File Origin - Hard drive on this computer. When I click No, it just pops right back up. I'm concerned it is a virus. Anyone know how I can make it go away? Or should I supply the Admin password and let it update?

Can you put a screenshot of the popup here? Make sure the full file path is visible (expand the UAC dialog with the lower button).

Thanks for the reply. It turned out to be the ICE virus. I restored and got rid of it.
