Windows 7 how to get rid of voice over ahhhhhh!

Hello I've been trying to get rid of voice over on a windows 7 laptop.

I've been in ease of access settings and there no switch of option and the boxes are unchecked!

Which things do I need to check over and where else would the problem be?

I found the problem now there was a nvda logo near the clock I've taken that off and the speech has voice has gone thank god!

It was to do with ivona software and I've uninstalled it no more talking!
