I have been having a problem for about a few months now. Whenever I reboot windows the usb and networking drivers wont load, they are "Blocked from loading due to incompatibility". It's really starting to annoy as i have to go into device manager and disable/re-enable them to make them work right. Exact message is "\SystemRoot\SysWow64\drivers\libusb0.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver." These drivers work great on system installation and for several months afterwards until thy stop loading again. Digital driver signing and integrity check have both been disabled through bcdedit but failed to resolve the issue, uninstallation/reinstallation has also failed. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I don't know where to find the correct drivers as the ones in use are the ones that came on the installation disc(Windows 7 Ultimate). I only had to install drivers for Touchpad and Graphics.

I'm sorry I just reread your post. I didnt see the bit where you said they used to work but now they don't

Can I suggest you try this:

Open an elevated Command prompt (right click: run as administrator)
Type in "SFC /scannow" (no quotes) to see if it finds any corrupted system files or drivers

For your network card, what is the model of your Network card? I might be able to find drivers If you don't know then download Speccy and it should tell you

For your networking driver, go here: Marvell: Support and select Win 7 64 bit and your model number from the drop down list (sorry I cant get you any closer without giving you a direct link, to the download which is against Forum Policy)

I cant find your particular wireless model, Dell might have it on their site local to you though.

It will be a Vista driver regardless, so will need to be installed as per the tutorial I posted above

I wonder.... have you installed any updated Drivers from Windows Update? or do you leave your machine connected to the internet while Installing?

Just a shot in the dark here, I could be dead wrong, but its possible the drivers it has pulled from Windows Update are incompatible. Windows will try to pull updated Drivers from Windows Update while installing if

It might be worth reinstalling, and disconnecting from the internet while doing so. then hide any driver updates that Windows Update offers you. I have had this issue with my network drivers, and keyboard drivers. The Drivers offered from Windows Update actually broke it.

I find it odd that it was working, and now it isn't  Thats the only explanation I can think of.
