Solved Windows 7 installed over Windows XP is restarting automatically

Hi everyone,
I had just installed Windows 7 Ultimate x32 bit over my old OS Windows XPrb:.It worked nice,but after a 10 minutes or half an hour.It automatically restarting.
I also unchecked the check box.The screenshot will be in attachment.
What can I do know?? icnic:

Where did you get Win7? How is it activated?

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

I downloaded it from internet and it is pre-activated.
