Windows 7: Intel R Network adaptor not present on this computer. How?

Hi I just reformat my laptop lately (NEO) and I can't install other drivers. Can you help me where can I get the links for the recommended drivers for my NEO laptop?

Here is my problem.

Base System Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2382&SUBSYS_41201558&REV_80\4&2EDA257&0&00E3 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Base System Device PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2383&SUBSYS_41201558&REV_80\4&2EDA257&0&03E3 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Ethernet Controller PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_0250&SUBSYS_41201558&REV_03\4&2EDA257&0&05E3 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Network Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8172&SUBSYS_817210EC&REV_10\4&CA9BE09&0&00E2 The drivers for this device are not installed.
PCI Simple Communications Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_41201558&REV_06\3&11583659&0&B0 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Install Intel auto detect utility from here.
http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24345/a08/Intel Driver Update Utility Installer.exe
It will recognize your Intel Prodcut and will Install drivers automatically.
