Windows 7 IRQL not less or equal blue screen

Hello,
my computer (windows 7 ultimate 32bits) hangs with a blue screen several times a day.
I've tested the memory with windows memory diagnostics after having removed 1 memory from slot (1 now have 1GB, before it was 2GB) : memory ok
