Solved Windows 7 keeps waking up on its own!

I have my Power Options on 120 minutes for both the monitor and computer to sleep and this works just fine but the computer wakes up on its own after 30 to 60 minutes and I have no idea why. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I followed your advice and found the following

You should be able to use the same method in step 2B of OPTION ONE in the tutorial below to uncheck the Allow this device to wake the computer box for that device under Network adapters to stop it.
