windows 7 library policies? (don't create network share)

Hi, if you include a folder location in a library, a net share is created (full, everyone).

Can this "feature" be turned off? Or should I just can the libraries?!

Interestingly, this 'feature' isn't being exhibited on my netbook... maybe tuneup utilities fixed this .. arguable security flaw
