(Im a new guy here please note that.)
So yesterday I was playing TF2, then today, I boot the PC. When I startup I notice the login background ( I used the Windows 8 UX Pack..) it changed into win7. Then theres no letters below my profile picture. I login-ed anyways. Then below the icons no letters... then I went to the taskbar, The startup orb became windows 7. and the taskbar didnt go back up top. Then i ran google chrome. Then a Bsod happened. It rebooted. Then there are no icons on the taskbar. Nothing.
I tried safe mode nothing worked. Checking on the other profile, nothing. Still same. Please solve this fast.
Not really everytime just sometimes I try to fix it.
(Note: there are NO viruses on my PC, no rootkits, no hacks and other legit items.)
