Hey! We have been nice. You obviously have an illegal copy of Windows 7 and we have tried to help you. If you really have been burned by Best Buy go to them and they will fix it. If you have cheated Microsoft then we have no pity for you. Become legal.

the thing is... it's 12:21 pm for me and i cant just cross rhode island to get to best buy to see it's closed.. aand i need a GENUINE computer tomorrow for work

Then buy on line, print everything, take everything (laptop, discs, printed receipts, etc.) with you, and go to Best Buy when you get a chance. They will refund you, problem solved!

You also have the right to demand a windows 7 install disk from acer. They have to provide it. If they don't, speak to a supervisor. You don't own MS a dime, so don't go buying a retail copy. It's up to Best Buy to make things right.
